How to Contact Us

Fresno County Mental Health Plan (FCMHP) members can call the FCMHP toll free at 1-800-654-3937, anytime of the day, seven days a week, to request mental health services or inquire about the grievance or appeals process. Grievance and Appeal brochures can be found on the Person Served Downloads page.

Providers can call us at (559) 600-4645, from 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday except on Holidays.

The Managed Care Division can also be reached via email at: mcare@FresnoCountyCA.gov
