Recovery Plan Performance Report

Fresno County Recovery Plan Performance Reports

The U.S. Department of the Treasury requires all Counties with a population that exceeds 250,000 residents to submit an Annual Recovery Plan Performance Report (Recovery Plan) by August 31, 2021, and annually thereafter by July 31st of each year. The Recovery Plan provides the public and Treasury information on projects the County of Fresno is undertaking with the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Funds may be used to respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts, premium pay for essential workers, replace lost revenue, and to make necessary investments in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure.

The framework for the $194 million in SLFRF to help the County of Fresno set a path forward in support a strong recovery, address the disproportionate negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how the County plans to ensure program outcomes are achieved in an effective, efficient, and equitable manner are presented in the Recovery Plans provided below.
