Voter Data and Maps

The Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters offers various types of reports and data to candidates and the public upon request.  Fees may apply and vary depending on the types of reports or data requested.

To submit a data request, please first fully read and complete the Data Request Application provided below.  When you have completed the application, you can either bring it to the office or mail it using the information below.

*Pursuant to Election Code Section 2187, 2188, 2194 Government Code 6254.4, voter registration information is available to persons or groups for election, scholarly, journalistic, political, or governmental purposes as determined by the Secretary of State. All requests to view, purchase, or use voter registration information must be accompanied by our Data Request Application.

  •  The applicant must deliver it to the Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters’ Department (“Department”) in person or by U.S. mail to Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters at 2221 Kern St. Fresno CA, 93721 or other delivery/courier service. A wet signature is required on the application; therefore, the Department shall not accept emailed and faxed applications.

  • The applicant must include a clear copy of their current photo identification issued by a federal or state government agency with the completed application. You may also need to submit other documentation depending on the purpose(s) for which the request for voter registration information is made and the intended use(s) of this information or data. (See “Permissive Uses” on page 2.)
