Personnel Rules

Fresno County's Personnel Rules are a compilation of personnel policies, rules and regulations for departments to follow in implementing day-to-day personnel administration. These rules are negotiated with affected labor organizations, approved by the Board of Supervisors, and serve as a reference document for administrative decisions regarding personnel matters.
