Protecting Yourself From Viruses Matters More Than Ever

This year, it’s more important than ever to prevent the flu. To avoid overwhelming our hospitals and doctors caring for COVID-19 patients, get a flu vaccine as soon as possible. Bring your family to our drive-thru clinic to get your flu vaccine. It’s FREE and safe, and you won’t have to leave your car!

  • When: Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 8:00am-11:00am (one day only).
  • Where: Old UMC Parking Lot (445 S. Cedar Ave., Fresno, CA 93702).
  • Who: Everyone 6 months and older (including pregnant women) should get a flu vaccine.

This event is first come, first served. Be prepared to wait in line in your car (drive-thru is strongly encouraged, but walk-up clients will also be served. Please maintain physical distancing). For children under 18, parent or legal guardian must be present.

The best way to protect yourself and your loved ones against influenza (flu) is to get a flu vaccine every flu season. Flu is a contagious respiratory disease that can lead to serious illness, hospitalization, or even death. Please take the following steps to protect your health, the health of your loved ones, and the health of our community:

  2. Stay home when you are sick.

  3. Cover your mouth and nose.

  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
