A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., on February 22, 2017, at the project site (18950 W American Ave. Kerman, CA 93630). A discussion of the project will be held and the project site will be open for examination. This meeting will inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities. Any bid submitted by a prime contractor who does not attend this meeting will be considered non-responsive.
Bid Opening Date is Thursday, March 9, 2017.
