PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD/STATUS: A 45-day public review period will be provided to receive written comments on the adequacy of the Draft EIR. The comment period will start on May 7, 2021, and end on June 21, 2021. Written comments should be sent to the following address:

Public Scoping Meeting
The CEQA process encourages comments and questions from the public throughout the planning process. Consistent with the California Public Resources Code and Section 15083(c)(1), (2)(A) to (D) of the CEQA Guidelines, a Public Scoping Meeting will be held to solicit public and agency comments on the scope and content of the Draft EIR.
