Description

The work to be done consists, in general, of reconstructing and widening the America Avenue Disposal Site entrance access road, constructing a new right turn lane into the disposal site, regrading the existing ditch on the north side of the disposal site berm, excavating the ditch along the north side of American Ave from Plumas Ave to Humbolt Ave, installing two (2) 18" diameter reinforced concrete culvert pipes beneath the paved entrance, installing new chain link fences and gates, performing various electrical work including for the new gates, and replacing and lowering a segment of irrigation and leachate line.

 

The engineer's estimate range is $1,399,000 to $1,546,000
