For your convenience and to expedite service, we offer a secure, electronic platform for requesting Vital Records. You can submit your request online through Vital Access, a dedicated system that ensures the secure handling of your application.

We accept most major credit cards for payment of associated fees. Upon successful processing and fulfillment by our office, your finalized documents will be promptly shipped to the designated address via either UPS 2nd Day or USPS regular mail (Shipping is not guaranteed; it is subject to factors beyond our control).

How To Order Online

Online via Vital Access

Step 1: Go to Vital Access.

Step 2: Sign in or create an account. 

Step 3: Complete the requester information and fields.

Step 4: Verify the information.

Step 5: Uploaded the necessary forms, if applicable.

Step 6: Choose your shipping method: UPS or standard regular mail.

Step 7: Standard regular mail delivery does not include tracking. The issuing organization is not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, or delayed in the mail. If you require a trackable delivery service, please choose the UPS option.

Step 8: Enter payment methods.

Step 9: A confirmation page is displayed with your request number and the total expected billed amount.

Step 10: You will be directed to the ID.me page, where you can either "Sign in or Create an ID.me account."

*Note: A service fee charge of 3.5% will be applied.
