CalFresh Healthy Living (Formerly Champions for Change) is a statewide movement of local, state and national partners collectively working toward improving the health status of low-income Californians through increased fruit and vegetable consumption and daily physical activity.

Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). National Initiative to Address COVID-19 Health Disparities in Populations at High Risk and Underserved, Including Racial and Minority Populations and Rural Communities.

LOHP is a 5 year state-wide initiative (2022-2027) that supports oral health efforts in Fresno County. The goal of the LOHP is to increase oral health awareness, promote dental resources, and to collaborate with local partners on school-based initiatives.
