The office is located in downtown Fresno, on Tulare Street between "L" and "M" streets. Directions and Bus maps and routes are available online.

The Fresno County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) lobby is open to customers Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00 PM) excluding holidays.

If you need to drop-off documents or legally serve our office, a secure drop box has been placed in the lobby of the County Plaza Building.

In Person Payments:

If you need to make a payment in person, our TouchPay kiosk has been moved to the lobby of the County Plaza Building. Effective August 1, 2020, there is a 2.2% card processing fee on all credit and debit card transactions. Cash transactions are free.

The DCSS has a 24-hour automated message system where you can get general information and a payment history for your case. You may leave a message and a Child Support Officer will return your call or send you the requested information.
