Three political parties allow No Party Preference voters to “cross-over” and vote in their Presidential Primary: American Independent, Democratic, and Libertarian. This will not change your registration as No Party Preference/other. To vote in the Presidential Primary for the Green, Peace & Freedom or Republican parties, you must re-register to vote with that party.
