Do I have to pay to use Public Purchase?

No, you can choose the free registration option and be able to bid on all formal solicitations.

 

What do I do if I forgot my Public Purchase username or password?

Please visit the Public Purchase website and follow the instructions provided.

 

Will the County still accept hard (paper) copies of bid responses?

No, please register with Public Purchase to be able to respond to a solicitation. 

 

Do I have to sign up for Public Purchase?

Yes, to participate in a formal bid process you must be registered with Public Purchase.

What are the requirements for Local Vendor or other Preferences?

Go to our Local Vendor/DVBE Preference page for information regarding Local Vendor Preference (LVP) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). If LVP/DVBE applies to an RFP/RFQ the certification pages will be included within the document.
