The Fresno County Film Commission is available to provide assistance with location scouting and as a liaison with local businesses, government and regulatory agencies. With no-cost to low-cost permits, affordable locations, agreeable property owners, and old-fashioned hospitality - Fresno County would love to host your next production.
Attention local film makers: The Roy W. Dean Film Grants, celebrating their 3rd decade of supporting indie filmmakers, is accepting submissions for its 2024 Spring Grant until March 31, 2024. Awarded to a film that is unique and that makes a contribution to society, the grant includes cash and donated film production services. Click here for more details(PDF, 106KB). From the Heart Productions, the 501(c)3 non-profit sponsoring the grant, is also offering the Britt Penrod Award this year to an applicant with a film that makes an exceptional contribution to society.
