Design Division

The Design Division is responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents for various Public Works projects; traffic and transportation programs and studies; various public infrastructure facilities, consultant oversight, and handling the County's real property transactions. The division forms County Service Areas and Underground Utility Districts.
