SB2 Fee Per Parcel

Effective May 26, 2025, the Fresno County Recorder's Office will begin applying the SB2 fee of $75.00 on every parcel included on a document that contains multiple parcels (unless that parcel is excluded from the SB2 fee per G.C. 27388.1).
The SB2 fee will continue to be capped at $225.00 per single parcel, therefore, if you have a single transaction where there are more than three real estate instruments, papers, or notices recorded in connection with one parcel, the SB2 fee will continue to be applied to only three.
