Specification No. 5213
In article III of the agreement section 005213, the project is providing 120 CD for two pre-engineered metal buildings. Due to extremely volatile market, industry wide shortages and demand of construction related materials and products, the allotted time will only be enough for design, engineering, submittals and procurement of the buildings. The remainder of the project including all interior buildout will be over the duration. We feel the allotted time frame of 120 CD is not achievable, the duration should be near 200 CD.

Specification No. 13 34 19 Metal Building Sys
Can you please confirm Metallic Building is an acceptable manufacturer? This is the same manufacturer being used for the Animal Control Center located across the street. Please see attached Metallic specifications. (RFC 27132 and 27133submitted 6/2/2021)

Sheet C5.0 notes 10 and 11 reference Detail 3 on sheet C8.0. This detail does not provide information on the privacy screen for the Wrought Iron fence or the detail for the ADA chain link gate. Please provide greater detail as to the intent on the design for the WI 'privacy screen' and the Chain Link ADA gate configuration. (RFC 27138 submitted 6/2/2021)

Phase 1 - On sheet C3.0, concrete pavement section refer to Geotechnical report for requirements. On sheet A2.3, it says 6.5" concrete over aggregate over subgrade per civil drawings. The Geotechnical report doesn't mention the thickness of concrete and aggregate base. Can you please clarify the concrete and aggregate base thickness requirements for the concrete pavement section?
