Could the County please clarify the type of Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer required for this project? The term may refer to several different products, including pavement fabric, paving mat, paving grid, or geocomposite grid. Can the county please provide a call out/detail to be able to quantify bid item 13 (minor hot mix asphalt). (RFC 2602-4 submitted 6/26/2026)
The minor hot mix asphalt will be used for the dikes included in the project as indicated in section 39-2.01B(11). All dikes are listed in Project Details 2. Response date: 07/06/2026

It will be paid under item 19. Per section 39-3.02C, the contract price paid per cubic yard shall include "all labor, materials, tools, equipment...." etc. Response date: 07/06/2026
