Item 2 -  VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4180 filed by BRET GIANNETTA proposing to allow the creation of four parcels from an existing 16.53-acre parcel within the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the north side of Biglione Dr., approximately 1.34-miles northeast of the City of Clovis (APN: 300-320-10S) (Sup. Dist. 5).

Item 3 - THIS ITEM HAS BEEN POSTPONED - VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4175 filed by RAMON SCHNEIDER proposing to allow the creation of a 2.62-acre parcel and an 8.59-acre from an existing 10.49-acre parcel and an existing 0.96-acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone District. The subject parcels are located on the north side of Dinuba Avenue, 0.25 miles east of Leonard Avenue, approximately 0.2-miles north from the City of Selma. (APNS: 348-250-02 and 348-250-09) (8716 E. Dinuba Avenue) (Sup. Dist. 4). 


Item 4 -  VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4197 filed by ANDY ZONNEVELD, ZONNEVELD DAIRIES, INC. proposing to allow the creation of two parcels approximately 14.32-acres each in the AE-20 (20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The subject parcels are located on the northwest corner of Cerini and East Avenues and west along Cerini Avenue. The subject parcels are abutting the south side of Murphy Slough, approximately 2-miles north of the unincorporated community of Camden (APN: 055-310-10S and 14S) (Sup. Dist. 4)

Comments should be submitted as soon as possible but received no later than 8:30 am (15 minutes before start of meeting). You will need to provide the following information:

  • Comments
  • Please submit a separate e-mail for each item you are commenting on.
  • Please be aware that public comments received that do not specify a particular agenda item will be made part of the record of proceedings as a general public comment.
  • If a written comment is received after the start of the meeting it will be made part of the record of proceedings, provided that such comments are received prior to the end of the Planning Commission meeting. You will need to bring at least 15 copies of your written comments to make sure everyone gets a copy.
  • Written comments will be provided to the Commission members. Comments received during the meeting may not be distributed to Planning Commission members until after the meeting has concluded.
