The Fresno County Provider & Recipient Call Center (PARCC) is available to help recipients and providers with general program information as well as to make certain changes/report information. Please contact PARCC at (559) 600-6666 option 4 for any of the following requests:

  • Report Fraud or Abuse
  • Report a termination, reinstatement or period of leave for a Care Provider
  • Request a list of IHSS Registry Providers
  • Request a duplicate W-2 (or download online now!)
  • Request a W-4/DE 4 (or download online now!)
  • Report a lost or stolen check
  • Reschedule your New Provider in-Person Enrollment Appointment
  • Registry Providers:
    • An active Registry Provider can complete their monthly update or report new information
    • An applicant Registry provider can reschedule their training or screening class

CAREER PATHWAYS EXTENSION DETAILS

Providers will need to complete their 15th hour under a specialized pathway on or before September 30th, 2024 and work a minimum of 40 hours in the month of October for their recipient in order to meet the eligibility requirements of the one (1) month incentive claim. The 40-hour requirement must be met by October 31, 2024.

Providers will need to complete their 15th hour under a specialized pathway on or before April 30th, 2024, and work a minimum of 40 hours a month for their recipient from May to November in order to meet the eligibility requirements to submit the six (6) month incentive claim. The 40-hour requirement must be met by November 14, 2024.

IHSS and WPCS providers must submit Training and Incentive claims by November 15, 2024. CDSS staff will process claims in the order in which they are received. All claims will be reviewed and processed by December 15, 2024.

COST

At this time, the benefits are available at a cost of $18 per month which will be deducted from your paycheck once you are enrolled. These benefits are for IHSS Providers only; they do NOT include spouse or dependent coverage.

Workers' Compensation

Workers' Comp

If you are a Care Provider who is injured while working for an In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Recipient, you can file a Workers’ Compensation claim. To report your injury, call (559) 600-6666 option 4.  A Public Authority staff member will take your claim. After your claim is filed and all documents are received, your claim will be forwarded to and processed by: Intercare Holdings Insurance Services. For claim status,  call Intercare at (800) 771-5454 Or (916) 781-5700
