Mission
The mission of the Foster Care Standards and Oversight Committee (FCSOC) is to provide oversight for and promote communication between the Board of Supervisors, the Department of Social Services and its related agencies and the community, with emphasis on providing information and recommendations that make the system more effective and efficient.

The FCSOC meeting is open to the public and occurs on the first Wednesday of every month from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at:

Members of the public may view the meeting remotely via Teams at the link provided below. If a member of the public wishes to provide public comment, they must attend the meeting in person.
