Addendum states to replace the bid bond form. Is there a new bid bond form to be used that will be submitted with bid and mailed to you early? On Bids Express, section 0014313-2 is not for a bond. Is a bond still required and if so, do we use the bond form provided in the specs? Section 004313-1? (RFC 24S3-49 submitted 2/11/2025)

The "Bid Security Form" in Bid Express was changed to correct an error and make the questions on the Bid Express version match the questions listed on the paper version. Addendum 1 did not have an attached bid bond form because the paper form did not change and the only changes were made to the electronic bid form on the Bid Express website at the time Addendum 1 was published. A bid bond is still required for both paper and electronic bids. Include Bid Security Form Section 004313 with your bid, either the electronic version in Bid Express or the paper version.
