These paraphrased questions and associated responses are not part of the contract documents and shall have no bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of the Standard Specifications, the Standard Plans, the Special Provisions, or the Plans. Nor shall they have any bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of other publications referenced therein.

Questions without answers may be posted here to indicate that we have received them before the deadline and we intend to respond.

Specification No. 10-1.03
The dates permitted for work within the Fresno Slough and Los Gatos Creek has already started. If at these locations can not be completed this calendar year will the County be willing to suspend the project and allow these locations to be completed in 2026? (RFC 2505-1 submitted 7/31/2025)

The work windows described in Section 10-1.03 are up to each Agency to dictate and are subject to the weather and natural water flow. The contract could be suspended if the County and Contractor agree that no further work can be performed due to a physical or agency limitation and work must be delayed. See Standard Specifications Section 8-1.06. Response date: 08/05/2025
