The Substantial Amendment to the County of Fresno’s 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan is available for public review and comment.
The County of Fresno’s 2025-26 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs was approved by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors as part of its 2025-29 Consolidated Plan on August 5, 2025. A substantial amendment to the 2025-26 Annual Action Plan is necessary to:
- Revise funding levels and outcomes for the Public Facility & Infrastructure (Unincorporated) and CDBG Housing Rehabilitation projects
- Add three projects to the FY 2025-26 Unincorporated Area Public Facility and Infrastructure Improvement Projects Funding Order
- Fire Station 94 Water Tender
- Del Rey Water Valve Improvements
- Tranquillity Sewer System Improvements
- Add three projects to the FY 2025-26 City Activities list and revise existing funding levels
- Kerman Solar Streetlights
- Orange Cove Park Blvd Street Resurfacing
- Sanger JFK Park Trail Lighting Improvements
The County of Fresno Board of Supervisors will consider the proposed substantial amendment at its meeting on March 17, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the Board Room of the Board of Supervisors, Room 301, on the third floor of the Hall of Records, 2281 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA.
