Public Scoping Meeting
A scoping meeting was held on June 24, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. using the Zoom webinar format. Note that written comments were accepted in lieu of attendance.
The County of Fresno will prepare a Scoping Summary document which will be posted here when it has been finalized. The Scoping Summary document will provide a summary of the issues raised during the scoping period and will recommend methods for addressing those issues in the EIR.
Agency Scoping Meeting
An Agency scoping meeting was held on June 22, 2020. At this meeting, interested agencies submitted oral and written comments pertaining to environmental concerns related to the proposed project.
