The plan set .pdf that we downloaded from the County of Fresno website appears to be password locked and we are unable to edit, extract, or markup the document. Will the County please provide an unlocked .pdf version of the plan set for Contract #20-20-C American Avenue and Golden State Blvd. Intersection Improvements? (RFC 26501 submitted 4/28/2021)
