Will the County use an on-call firm for any Special Inspections or Materials Testing, or will you accept any third-party testing quotes? (RFC 28145 submitted 7/26/2021)
The contractor will be providing their own quality control and other related testing. The County materials lab will be providing in-house quality assurance testing and assisted by on-call consultants when needed. Response date: 08/09/2021
