Description
The work to be done consists, in general, of fully replacing the existing traffic signal and, removing an existing drain inlet, and several trees, reconstructing the pavement at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Ashlan Avenue. The work will also include cold planing and overlaying, installing four (4) new concrete curb ramps, replacing and installing the new curb and gutter, installing approximately 140 lineal feet of sidewalk, and signing, striping and pavement marking. The work will also involve coordination with existing utility companies and the City of Fresno. The intersection shall remain open during the entire duration of the project.
The engineer's estimate range is $884,000 to $978,000.
