Description

The work to be done consists, in general, of remodeling the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) building, an approximately 115,000 square foot office building located at 5555 E. Olive Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. The building interior will be renovated to provide adult and children behavioral health service suites, adult and children urgent care suites, medical and records support suites, a multi-purpose/childcare suite, and staff offices.

The architect's estimate range is: $25,900,000 to $28,700,000
