Item 2 - VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4188 filed by CRIAG AND MICHELLE SORENSEN proposing to waive the required 35-foot front yard setback and allow a 30-foot setback, waive the required 20-foot side yard setback and allow a 16-foot setback, and waive the required 165-foot public road frontage to allow for the creation of a 2-acre homesite conveyance from an existing 30.03-acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum) Zone District. The subject parcel is located approximately a quarter mile north of E. American Ave., and approximately a quarter mile east of S. Academy Ave. The property is approximately 0.39 miles south of the City of Sanger (APN: 332-071-61) (13378 E. American Ave.) (Sup. Dist. 4)

Item 3 - VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4189 filed by DONALD AND RENEE MIRANDA proposing to reduce the required 10-foot street side setback and allow for a 4-foot street side setback for a proposed covered deck walkway. The subject property is located within the R-1 (Single Family Residential 6,000 sqft) Zone District with Mountain overlay. The subject parcel is located on the east side of Knobcone Ave. approximately 388-feet to the south of the intersection with Pinon Ave. The subject property is approximately 398-feet west of Tollhouse Rd. within the unincorporated community of Shaver Lake (APN: 120-257-06) (42012 Ouzel Lane) (Sup. Dist. 5).
