Item 2 - THIS ITEM HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO A DATE UNCERTAIN CLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION PERMIT NO. 3733 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8186 filed by GMA ENGINEERING proposing to allow the expansion of a fruit packing and cold storage facility and authorize approximately 88,511 of existing buildings and structures and add a new 20,678 square-foot storage building on a portion of a 59.85-acre parcel. In the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum acre parcel size) Zone District. The project area is located on the west side of Hill Avenue, approximately one half-mile south of E. American Avenue, and is approximately 1.7-miles northwest of the City of Orange Cove (APN: 373-032-07) (5555 Hill Ave.) (Sup. Dist. 4).
Item 3 - UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3807 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8303 filed by MIKE J. KOCHERGEN proposing to allow solid waste processing comprised of a grease and cooking oil separation recovery facility, at an existing site where used cooking oil disposal and grease trap pumping is presently occurring; located on a 9.35-acre parcel in the M-1(Light Manufacturing) Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the west side of N. Brawley Avenue between Franklin and Nielsen approximately one quarter-mile south of its intersection with Belmont Avenue, and approximately one half-mile north of its intersection with State Route 180, and approximately one quarter-mile west of the nearest city limits of the City of Fresno (APN: 326-050-28S) (445 N. Brawley) (Sup. Dist. 1).

Item 4 - AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 3873 (Del Rey Rezones) proposes to allow the rezoning of a 20-acre parcel, a 18.66-acre parcel, a 0.22-acre parcel, a 5.6-acre parcel, and a 14.88-acre parcel from the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural) Zone District to AL-20 (Limited Agricultural) Zone District, and allow the rezone of a 0.09-acre parcel from the C-6 (General Commercial) Zone District to R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zone District to bring the subject parcels into conformance with the adopted Del Rey Community Plan. Del Rey is an unincorporated community located approximately 1.8 miles southwest of the City of Sanger in Fresno County (APN: 350-080-04, 350-230-03T, 350-080-67T, 350-080-83S, 350-080-80ST, and 350-101-14) (Sup. Dist. 4)
