Item 2 - UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 3821 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8708 filed by JIA LIU, TESLA proposing to amend the Panoche Rd. Major Interchange Master Plan to allow the installation of an EV Truck Charging Station and associated DC Fast Charging EV Stations on two parcels located in the AE-40 (Exclusive Agriculture, 40-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The EV Charging Station will include sixteen (16) SEMI truck charging stalls, eight (8) SEMI truck parking stalls, and restroom amenities. The subject parcels are located on the northwest corner of W. Panoche Rd., and Interstate 5, approximately 15-miles southwest from the nearest city limits of the City of Mendota (APNS: 027-190-32S and 027-190-42S) (Sup. Dist. 1).

Item 4 - CLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 3733 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8186 filed by GMA ENGINEERING proposing to allow the expansion of a fruit packing and cold storage facility and authorize approximately 88,511 of existing buildings and structures and add a new 20,678 square-foot storage building on a portion of a 59.85-acre parcel. Item 6 - THIS ITEM HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 3778, VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4158, and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8517 filed by GURPREET KAUR KHOSA proposing to allow the operation of a special event facility and grant a concurrent Variance to create an approximately 5.0-acre substandard sized parcel and an approximately 5.39-acre substandard sized parcel, with the event facility to remain on the proposed 5.39-acre parcel, from an existing 10.39-acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District.
