Item 1 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 3686 TIME EXTENSION 2 filed by RAYMOND J LYNOTT proposing to grant a second one-year time extension to allow the use of a “High Intensity Park” for the purpose of establishing a waterski club and events venue on an existing waterskiing lake in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the south side of Belmont Ave. approximately 2,000 feet east of Del Rey Ave, approximately two miles North of the City of Sanger (APN: 314-031-73 and 74) (505 W. Indianola Ave) (Sup. Dist. 5).

Item 2 - POSTPONED CLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 3768 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8428 filed by SENTRY AG SERVICES LLC, proposing to allow an existing dairy to increase current milk cow herd size by 1,800 head, for a total of 5,000 milk cow heads, increase dry from 480 heads to 600 dry heads and allow the construction of one free stall barn, one hospital barn, and two Saudi-style barns, on a 598.9-acre parcel, within the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the southwest corner of west Elkhorn Avenue and south Howard Avenue, approximately 10.6-miles from the City of San Joaquin (APN: 050-160-20S) (13695 W. Elkhorn Avenue) (Sup. Dist.1). 


Item 3 - VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4161 filed by DIRK POESCHEL proposing to allow for the creation of two substandard parcels, a 5.57-acre parcel, and a 13.23-acre parcel from an existing 18.80-acre parcel, where a 20-acre minimum parcel size is required in the AE-20 Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Madera Avenue and Clinton Avenue, approximately 2.3-miles from the City of Kerman (APN: 015-410-03) (2545 N. Madera Avenue) (Sup. Dist. 1).

Item 4 -  POSTPONED VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4164 filed by DALE MELL proposing to allow the creation of two substandard sized legal parcels, a 1.4-acre parcel, and a 18.6-acre parcel from an existing 20-acre parcel within the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum) Zone District. The subject parcel is located on the east side of Maple Avenue on the south/west corner of Maple Avenue and Clayton Avenue, approximately 2-miles from the City of Fresno (APN: 334-310-06) (6532 S. Maple Avenue) (Sup. Dist. 1).
