Consistent with the California Public Resources Code and Section 15083(c)(1), (2)(A) to (D) of the CEQA Guidelines, a public scoping meeting was held to solicit public and agency comments on the scope and content of the Draft EIR.
The Public Scoping Meeting was held on October 11, 2018, at the Mendota Library.
