CalFresh Restaurant Meals

The CalFresh Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) allows certain CalFresh Food recipients who are at a high risk for chronic hunger the option to use their CalFresh Food benefits to buy prepared meals at approved participating restaurant vendors.

RMP is available to current CalFresh Food recipients who are:

Aged 60 or older
Persons with disabilities
Spouse of an individual that belongs to one of the above categories
Persons experiencing homelessness

California Food Assistance Program provides CalFresh benefits for qualified non-citizens.

Pandemic EBT and Summer EBT (SUN Bucks)

Food benefits for families with young or school-aged children impacted by the pandemic. SUN Bucks, also known as Summer EBT (S-EBT), is a new program to help families buy food for their school-aged children during the summer.

CalFresh for Students

Students between ages 18 to 49 enrolled at least half-time may be eligible for CalFresh.
