New Horizons Program

  

The mission of the Juvenile Justice Campus New Horizons Program is to provide a therapeutic community model to juvenile offenders. All disciplines (teachers, probation officers, group counselors, substance abuse counselors, mental health clinicians, family support partners, and families) work together for a common goal - the positive growth and development of adolescents. It also holds offenders accountable for their criminal behavior and prepares them for community re-integration.
