Who We Are  -

Welcome to the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health website. A portion of our website will provide a brief overview in Hmong about who we are, what we do, and how you can access some of these services/programs. There is more information on our website, but not all of it will be in Hmong. So we want you to get the information and resources you need in one place.

We are a city agency that provides services to individuals with emotional and mental health issues, including those with substance abuse or alcohol problems. We partner and work with many agencies in Fresno County. We provide counseling, substance abuse treatment, prevention, and other services to help individuals heal.

We provide free translation services to people in need.

What We Do  -DBH, in partnership with diverse community groups, is committed to providing quality services, leadership, and behavioral health interventions, helping individuals and families in our community recover.
