Ineligible Persons Screening
The California State Department of Health Care Services has recommended that county Mental Health Plans ensure they and their contractors screen for exclusion and suspension sanctions on a monthly basis.
Beginning June 1, 2015, Fresno County Mental Health Plan requires all agencies to complete a monthly Ineligible Persons screening for all their staff who work under a contract agreement with the County. All agencies must complete and submit the Ineligible Persons Screening Monthly Report (available below) by the 15th of every month.
