Become a Provider
Dear Valued Partners,
The County of Fresno Department of Behavioral Health has partnered with CalMHSA and CertifyOS to streamline credentialing and recredentialing activities. Starting January 12, 2026, all licensed staff will complete their credentialing and recredentialing online at Certify Portal. Once you create an account, you can log into your account at https://ng.certifyos.com/.
The online credentialing platform will apply to the following staff:
- Licensed staff (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, MD, etc.)
- Associate staff (e.g., AMFT, ASW, APCC)
- Certified staff (e.g., CPSS, Certified/Registered AOD Counselor)
You can view the credentialing platform's online training materials in the Certify Knowledge Center.
Please see CertifyOS Cheat Sheet on how to navigate common issues with CertifyOS
