Anyone selling or giving away food to the public must first obtain a Permit to Operate from our office.
Food facility permits are not transferable. Upon ownership change, the new owner must pay fees and obtain a Permit to Operate before business operation.

Food facilities found operating without a current Permit to Operate from our office will be charged penalties in addition to their permit fees.
