Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program

The Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program supplies vaccines at no cost to providers who serve eligible children from birth through 18 years of age. This program is administered nationally by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. The CDC buys vaccines at a discount and distributes them to state, local and territorial public health departments, which in turn, distribute the vaccines at no charge to VFC-enrolled providers for administration to VFC eligible infants, children and adolescents.
