IMPORTANT - FEE UPDATE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 Fee Update – Effective January 1, 2026Per the California Department of Public Health, and pursuant to AB 64, there is a $2 fee increase to HSC 103625(f) beginning January 1, 2026. The fee increase is applicable to certified copies of birth, death, and fetal death certificates. New fees as of January 1, 2026: • Birth Certificate Fee: $31.00 • Death Certificate Fee: $26.00 • Fetal Death Certificate Fee: $23.00 Birth and Death Certificates
